The 2018-19 Bruno and Wanda Nettl Distinguished Lecture in Ethnomusicology will be given by Dr. Kay Kaufman Shelemay, on Friday, January 25 from 4-5:30 pm in the Music Building Auditorium. This year's lecture will be drawn from Dr. Shelemay's new book in progress, and will be titled "Moral Leaders, Guards, and Guides: Musicians in Society."
