AsiaFest 2018: APIDA Fighting for Visibility

The Asian American Cultural Center will be celebrating Asian Pacific Islander Desi American Heritage Month with its annual AsiaFEST! Celebration on Sunday, April 29th from 1pm-4pm. It will be located at the Asian American Cultural Center, 1210 W. Nevada Street in Urbana!

This family friendly festival will showcase a variety of Asian cultures through food, art, performances, and activities. Food Vendors such as UI student organizations, will be selling a variety of Asian cuisine! There will also be many performances highlighting cultures from China, India, Korea, and more. Additionally there will be activities throughout the event where you can learn more about Asian and Asian American culture!

Please join us for an afternoon of live performances, hands-on arts & crafts, cultural booths, and food tasting to celebrate Asian American Pacific Islander Desi American Heritage Month!

All performances and activities will be FREE and open to all!
Food tickets will be available for purchase at AsiaFEST!
